We will achieve this by:-
Ensuring value for money in all aspects of customer services supplied by the club
Ensuring the club is ‘visible’ to the local community
Keeping students up to date with events involving the club
Building links with other Judo clubs and martial art schools
To provide a safe environment in which all students feel able to achieve their full potential

Promoting the club ethos that achievement is the success of perseverance. This is based on a student’s Attendance, Attitude and (personal) Achievement
Complying with the NAKMAS Code of Conduct
Providing DBS checked Instructors
Making reasonable adjustments for students with special needs
Considering different teaching methods to support student’s understanding of the sport
Providing opportunities for students to excel
Striving to improve
Ensuring there are realistic Instructor-student ratios
Seeking to continually improve the training environment
Providing instructors who are first aid trained or who hold equivalent vocational qualifications (ELS, First Aider at Work, St Johns Ambulance )
